Items aren't staying in my shopping cart!

We use cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. Cookies are safe. On our site we don't capture any private information about you, and when you check out from Paypal the only information we receive is your shipping and email addresses. Our privacy policy also states that we don't capture any financial information about you.

Why do you have two stores?

Actually we have three! Our first store is our brick and mortar store in historic downtown Flagstaff, AZ. Our second store is our on-line music store where you can buy or pre-order CDs, DVDs, LPs, and more. Finally, we have this on-line store, where you can buy collectibles from your favorite artists.

What about Provenance?

We don’t sell any reproductions. All autographs were personally gathered by us unless otherwise noted. We don't supply a Certificate of Authenticity because they don’t really prove anything - anyone can print one up. Finally, all autographs are 100% guaranteed.

I can't find my favorite artist or band!

Single artists (e.g. Bob Marley) are listed alphabetically by their first name. Bands don't include the preposition "The" (e.g. The Misfits) although other prepositions are included (e.g. "As" I Lay Dying). If you can't find your fav bookmark this site and occasionally check back or sign up for our newsletter.

Do I have to pay through Paypal?

It's your choice. Paypal guarantees your order. Our Paypal payment system doesn't require that you have a Paypal account. If you want to pay without using Paypal email us. Be sure to describe the product you want, e.g. artist, product type, album title, and, if possible, the SKU. (The sku can be founded when you hover over the 'detail' link of a product

When will I receive my order?

We usually ship orders the next business day after we receive the order. We ship first class via the U.S. Postal Service. First class delivery can take up to seven business days to arrive.

I think my order was lost. What do I do?

If you haven't received your order please email us stating the problem, and, if possible, the Paypal order number. We'll research the problem and respond by email.
